5 Morning | Iyengar Yoga Intensive
Start your day in steady rhythm.
Join us for five quiet, potent mornings of Iyengar yoga to strengthen, restore and reconnect. A sequence that builds across the week — grounded in precision, breath, and presence. Suitable for regular students and those returning to practice.
In level 3 classes, students are deeply familiar with the foundational asanas and an understand the use of props to support their practice and experience. The asanas become more involved, complicated and demanding as our ability to hold focus, the thread of practice and the possibility of wonder simultaneously increases.
In a level 3 class, we may practise a beginners posture, but your unfolding inner experience becomes enriched and nuanced - rather than the direct doing from start to finish being the goal.
Level 3 classes can be attended in studio and also online. Attendance assumes you have a personal practice which includes inversions. If you're unsure speak to Kellie.
