5 Morning | Iyengar Yoga Intensive
Start your day in steady rhythm.
Join us for five quiet, potent mornings of Iyengar yoga to strengthen, restore and reconnect. A sequence that builds across the week — grounded in precision, breath, and presence. Suitable for regular students and those returning to practice.
In level 2/3 classes, we continue to develop your understanding and technique of the asanas and your body in space.
You'll continue to learn how, when, and why to use props intelligently. You also learn how to stretch and extend your body to cultivate stronger nerves and fuller awareness, including variations of the inverted postures and pranayama.
At this stage students attend 2-3 times/week and are starting to embrace a home practice. This class is available on zoom and in studio
