Our teachers and trainees spend many hours practicing yoga and refining their teaching skills.

This series of 8 classes is offered in throughout 2024 on the following Saturday's:

This free class is suitable for students who have completed their beginner's course and experienced students who are interested in stepping onto the path of teaching.  It's taught by the Level 1 teachers and trainees who are dedicated to ongoing mentorship, learning and some are also preparing for their Iyengar Yoga certification.
