This 5 week courses will focus on the neck and shoulders.
Often we hold deep known or unknown tensions, and are unable to find either the strength or flexibility while practicing the asanas to move into range with ease. They may or may not be causing irritation and limitation in our daily lives.
Our first focus season begins in May with the neck and shoulders. Join me for 5 evening classes over 5 weeks as we build a sequence to support healing, increased ease of movement and body awareness leading to reduced pain. We'll move slowly and with repetition to ensure your understanding, and more importantly your path to wellbeing.
