Practice Week
A week to reset your rhythm and return to daily practice.
Practice Week is a morning intensive designed to re-establish consistency, sensitivity, and continuity in your Iyengar practice. Meeting each morning creates momentum, turning practice from something you “fit in” into something you inhabit.
Across the week, we refine rather than accumulate. Repetition becomes inquiry. Habit becomes ritual. Rhythm becomes support.
This intensive is for students who already have a relationship with Iyengar yoga and are ready to deepen it through regular, intentional practice.
