✨ We’ll practice asana & pranayama with skill and sensitivity to cultivate inner calm
🌀 We’ll practice sequences to balance both overactive (rajasic) and dull (tamasic) states, searching for the sweet and balanced (sattvic) state
📖 We’ll learn to embody the Yoga philosophy that deepens your connection to your ever-joyful Self
This course is for yoga students, yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to refine their practices and share these teachings with others both on and off the yoga mat.
